Kyle has been with Kidd & Leavy for nearly 17 years and is the longest tenured Associate Broker with the firm. Born and raised in Petoskey, Kyle has developed a reputation for professionalism, production, and creativity. Kyle has vast experience representing buyers and sellers from first-time homes to multi-million dollar lakefront estates. In addition to his primary focus in real estate, Kyle is an owner and founder of multiple Northern Michigan businesses, including Petoskey Field House and Ron’s Bar. He is also an accomplished soccer coach and former college player (Alma College), and is a co-founder of the premier youth soccer program Northern Michigan Football Club (NMFC). Kyle and his wife Beth live in Petoskey with their three young children.
